Tree Top Meadows Apartments

The web says there's apartments available, but when calling you get different info. I called today and the lady says "we have nothing available and no one has turned in a notice..we won't have anything available for 60 days, so you can check back"!!! How is a company only renting apartments every 60 days???? My daughter is a apartment manager in another state and I've never heard of such????? BTW it would save time to update the website. We have lived in Tree Top Meadows for the past five years and have never regretted the decision to live here. The value of the property is well worth the price. The in unit washer and dryer was a huge benefit we were not expecting to get in our price range. The apartments are painted a very soothing beige with white crown molding and ceilings giving the apartment a much softer, homier feel then white walls. The layouts are very open with very large rooms, we once entertained 15 people in the... living room of a single bedroom apartment and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen layout allows for an exceptional amount of cupboard space and the appliances were always in good working order. These apartments are extremely quiet, you hardly ever hear your neighbors, above, below or beside you. Our 2 bedroom apartment was located in a building right on Meadowbrook Road and we only noticed the vehicle traffic noise when we had our windows open, the location was surprisingly quiet given its location. The insulation is fantastic making it a very comfortable apartment building to live in. The "shared space" in the apartments, such as the hallways, stairs and vestibules were always well maintained, clean, and heated and cooled to very comfortable temperatures. The leasing office and maintenance crew are amazing; very easy to work with, extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our first winter we waited to turn on the heat for the first time until 9:00 at night one evening and when we did, the system only blew out cold air, we waited 1 hour to see if it would switch to hot air and it didn't so we called the emergency maintenance line. We got through to the maintenance man on call right away and he came out right away with a space heater in tow. He fixed our heat within 1 hour and we were up and running. The response time for emergencies and none emergencies always impressed us. The apartment location is also very convenient, especially with the Busch's plaza right behind it and the proximity to all the highways. Over the last fifteen years, we've lived in several different apartment complexes in Plymouth, Northville, and Novi and none of them compare to Treetop Meadows. The lush landscaping is well maintained throughout the year and during winter, the parking areas and sidewalks are plowed, shoveled and well-salted before it's time to leave for work.

The two-tone paint scheme and trim-work, Berber carpeting, and bright white kitchen cabinets with wood flooring create an upscale look that blends well... with any furniture style or décor. The living room is huge, the dining area can seat six without cramping , the master bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a five piece king-size bedroom set with room to spare and the efficient design of the bathrooms and washer/dryer arrangement really maximize the available space.

Each building has sturdy security doors with intercoms and double-locks and peep-holes for each resident ensure a safe environment.

Laura and Marcus are always on top of things when any problems arise with an immediate response and a quick and effective resolution.

This is a great apartment complex with a great management company. The apartments aren't soundproof by any means, however the neighbors aren't loud at inappropriate times. The 1-bedroom apartment I have is very spacious and energy efficient. There is a decent sized patio where I grow some herbs during the summer. I love having a washer/dryer in unit. Any time I've needed to call on their maintenance guys (usually for a backed up dishwasher) they have responded same day or next day.
