All in All not Worth it

The location is nice and they keep up on the yard that's about it. We've had problems with them coming to "fix" stuff but usually leaving things around it more broken. We've filed complaints about very rowdy neighbors but haven't seen or heard anything done about it. They charge way to much for rent when it comes to mediocre apartments.

Great apartment!

My fiancé and I lived here for a few months and loved how quiet the community was. It was right around the corner from major stores and MSU.
Definitely recommend for those who are chill and grown out of that party phase in their life.

Knob hill Apartments

Knob Hill Apartments have 1-2 and 3 bedroom apartments. There is a playground for children a dog park for your furry friends and a nature trail to walk them on too. There is a club house to entertain . There is also a workout room and a pool for your exercise needs. Overall a pretty good place to live.
