Each of the sixteen Alberta II style 2 bedroom units is on the 1st or 2nd floor level with living room apartment entry. Each of the sixteen Alberta I style 1 bedroom units is on the 1st or 2nd floor level with living room apartment entry. Each of the sixteen Quebec style 1 bedroom units is on the 1st or 2nd floor level with front/rear apartment entry. The Manitoba style 2 bedroom is a single story unit with front and rear private entry and private basement with laundry hook-up. Rent includes cold water, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, vertical blinds and on/off street parking. Cable T.V. available. All 93 units have oak floors, central air conditioner and include a basement storage locker and individual basement hook-up for a washer and gas dryer. poor mgmt and poorly maintained

Mice in the basement, items don't get repaired, unprofessional staff. Would steer clear if I was you.
