Useless management
The new management is completely useless. Said they’d fix the online payment system by August; that was in July and it’s still not fixed (mid-September). So now I have to pay for checks out of my own pocket to pay them for rent. I shouldn’t have to do that. Having issues (yet again this place always has issues, from day one. It’s legit never ending) and they are no help. Telling me “I” have to call maintenance when the old management would just put the work order in for you. Been living here for... over a year and the issues never stop, do not live here if you don’t have to. Go live at a place with proper management and little to no issues with the property you’re renting. Maintenance is great, old management great; but the new management? Completely useless.

Hi, There has always been Waterside I owners and Waterside II owners , because we are built on the same piece of land no one ever knew there was two phases.. Altman Management has always managed both sides for 50 years and owns Waterside II . ... The Owners of Waterside I did sell recently and there will be a transition period for sure. I will make this transition period as smooth as possible. I will collect the rent for Waterside I and I can give them any messages you need to get to them during working hours.
