Excellent floor plan with good monthly rate and amenities including full basement storage with washer and dryer hook ups, appliances, inside hallway entrance and beautiful pool with club house. Best location in the heart of the Nautical Mile with many convenient restaurants and city parks.

Good Value For the Area . . . .

I needed a pet-friendly apartment community for myself, my senior kitties and my senior dog (all rescues!). My old landlord allowed cats, then told me I could have a small dog, but changed his mind. I found North Shore Apartments and their very nice property manager, Jennifer, who helped me out with a nice one bedroom apartment. Though the apartments are not really updated, they are clean and comfortable and a good value for the money and for the area. I do need a larger place, however I like... the convenience of this place. :)
