Great Apartments & Friendly Staff

Very happy living here!! The apartment is spacious and affordable. Compared to other places nearby there is really nothing else that even comes close. The gym is very convienient and has really nice equipment and the best part is these apartments are pet friendly! The office staff/maintenance are very friendly and quick to attend to any requests. My roommate and I looked all over St Clair and Port Huron and we are so happy we found these apartments.

Beautiful Community & Charming Downtown

I could not be happier with my decision to move to Dutton Estates! I looked up and down for a place to call my next home, including rental houses, and then I found this place. The awesome on-site staff (management and maintenance), friendly neighbors and clean hallways, I could not ask for more. My wife and I absolutely love the St. Clair River access we have across the street for our kayaks and the short walk or bike ride into town. I wish I would have had the opportunity to live here... earlier!
