I’m happy to call Shelby Pointe Village Apartments my home. The property manager, Tracey, was professional yet very helpful with her knowledge and understanding of my circumstances. Her warm welcome and friendly nature was very inviting.
Finally, a pleasant community of residents that are family friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, everyone seems to be respectful of their neighbors and their community.
Lastly, the land is mostly surrounded with trees and nature that gives a very peaceful... atmosphere. Conveniently, there are nearby retail plazas and fast food within walking distance and/or a minute or two drive time. I’m very pleased to have moved here.

We were here for just over 2 years and loved it! The community was quiet and friendly and the walls were thick (we never heard our neighbors) we only moved because we bought a home otherwise we would have continued to enjoy our nice small community! I would recommend this place anytime

I have been here a year and am moving out of state but this has been a great place to live. Quiet and the neighborhood is nice and look out for one another. Management is great and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Shelby Pointe.
