This apartment complex is HIGHLY unprofessional and unorganized. Please be aware that their focus is collecting the $200 hold fee. They let us know we had 14 days to hold a spot for a unit. Please be aware that you only have 72hrs from approval to request a refund, but they will not give you any information needed to make a decision within that time frame. They took over 8 days to send us anything after approval and confirming we wanted to move forward. After we picked the day... they waited until around 48hrs prior to the move in day to send over the letter with the rental price and deposit as well as the lease agreement. We ONLY received the information after endless calling and leaving multiple messages requesting the documents. Every time we called all they could tell us for almost two weeks was that we were approved, that was it. No deposit amount, no prorated move in amount, or an address to get services up. They claim the reason for the delay is because they have an influx of applicants, however they also make sure to not give you any information within your 72hr window to request your hold fee back. Please be aware that they are not responsive or forthcoming with information in regards to moving into their complex. They are incompetent and are unorganized to the point that I had to contact them to get ANY information and had to recalculate my own move-in amount because they had it incorrect, even though they took more than enough time "getting it together". Don't waste your time, the apartments do look very nice however, I wouldn't trust them.
