DONT DO IT!!!

This place is terrible. With rude staff. Jacked up rent . Terrible late fees (they don’t help you at all) they only care about lining their pockets they don’t care about residents. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have yet to have a a good experience here. I would rather live in a cardboard box under a bridge than tell anyone to apply here. Have your time and money because if you apply here you won’t have either. Apply anywhere else.

Highly recommended!

The Chelsea Park West property caters to everyone. This property is perfect for my daughter and I. It is clean, pet friendly, and the amenities are wonderful. I refer to the ladies in the office as the “creative team” being they are always working on new events and activities for the tenants. The efficiency from the maintenance crew is incredible when something in my unit needs to addressed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

I absolutely love location as it provides the access to so much many things in the area. Staff are wonderful to work with And very responsive to anybody’s needs. I recommend CPW to anyone coming into the Traverse City area.!!!!!

Chelsea is the best!!

I feel so at home here and love the high ceilings, the carpet free floors, and all the dog friendly neighbors here! Everyone cleans up after their dogs so it is a clean and happy environment. It's also very safe since we look out for each other. It's like family!

Love this place!

I've been living here for 6 months now and I just love it here. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and have a modern feel to them. There are tons of amenities, such as a brand new pool and a very nice gym (they have 2 Pelotons!). The staff is friendly and attentive, and maybe I lucked out being on the top floor, but it is very quiet and peaceful here. Definitely worth checking out.
