Do Not Live Here
Nasty laundry rooms, bugs in the summer, icy walkways in the winter, only one washer and dryer per building and a management team that could care less. My refrigerator broke and it took them 3 tries to get it fixed. Maintenance ruined my floors in those 3 attempts and they haven't tried a single time to fix them.
They randomly decided to give out new parking spaces and has demanded I park where instructed yet Noone does and my spot is always taken. I tried asking for my original spot back since... it was convenient, and even shared how my cancer diagnosis is getting more difficult and need a closer location, and they denied it.
Our single washer in the building has been broken for a week. Part is apparently backordered? So they don't keep things in stock to even fix our buildings.
Beacon Management only wants your money. They do not care about their residents! Do Not Live Here.

Laundry equipment at the community is owned and maintained by a third-party vendor.... Residents are responsible for reporting any issues directly to that company using the phone number posted on the machines, as we do not service, clean, or order parts for the equipment.
Regarding maintenance concerns, our records show that reported appliance issues have been addressed promptly when submitted. We also take parking and accommodation requests seriously and work to ensure reasonable solutions are provided when appropriate.
We truly value our residents and encourage anyone experiencing ongoing concerns to reach out to the office directly so we can review the situation together and provide assistance where possible.
