Excellent Service

I have had the pleasure of receiving service from the Cass Lake Shore Club Apartments Maintenance crew since 2009. I couldn’t be more impressed with the crew, especially Joe and Alma since 2009.

Amazing Service

I recently moved into a 2-bedroom unit and had to find a place quickly. I was lucky to be paired with Katie Beyer as my leasing consultant—she made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

From the very first conversation, Katie was responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. The unit itself is beautiful with modern updates, and thanks to her, I even landed one with a lake view.

I’m truly grateful for Katie and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend... working with her if you're looking for a place!

fantastic staff

I am not bring paid to write this review and did not get compensated. Although slight issues come up, the staff works quickly to fix them. The property is well maintained and there is constant communication from management about updates. They have a very easy to use online system and their office is always open. I have a second floor unit and have never had a leak, pest issue, etc. They ensured I had new carpet. The kitchens are huge, as are the decks. Neighbors are friendly and no unmanaged... pets. The staff only demands very reasonable things of the tenants (not parking in other spots, don’t overflow dumpsters etc. ) and are very on top of issues that come up. They are human beings and really try to accommodate when they can. Last year they completely repaved (not just patched) the entire parking lot which made a huge difference. The basement storage is awesome. The location is quiet and the night next to Orchard Lake for half the price. Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in.

The office staff goes over and above AAA

We have lived he for 4 years the old management would give a bunch of lip service since village green has taken over things are getting done.
We enjoy living here!

Great Place To Live

I want to thank the new owners and the new team at Cass Lake Shore Club. The office team is always friendly and helpful. Chris, in charge of maintains department! Chris does a great job and has the best workers. He had my carpet installed by two of the nicest, hardest workers. Great job. Thank you Chris and the new management team at Cass Lake Shore Club. I have lived here for over 24 years. The new owners, management and maintains... department are like a breath of fresh air. Craig
