Horrible All Around Experience

Moving here was the single worst mistake I could have made. There is absolutely zero accountability or pride in the building from management. There is no onsite manager, the building owner lives out of state and will not respond to your requests. I went two months without a working fridge and have not had air conditioning all summer. Any requests to the owner have been ignored. The halls are filthy, the elevators are constantly out of service and the windows in the apartments do not close.... Residents will constantly play loud music until 3am and the bar next door insures a constant stream of loud/drunk individuals at all times of the night. There are far better places for a similar price in the area.
