Aldingbrooke excels in friendly staff, beautiful relaxing grounds, variety of layouts and large sq footage. Dealing with maintenance, trying to get repairs acknowledged and completed is an absolute nightmare... and I'm so over these 1970 appliances that they keep trying to repair.

Overall, a good place to live. Spacious apartments, friendly staff, and attentive service. Downsides: painting can be sloppy, units could be cleaner at move-in, and maintenance is sometimes patchwork rather than full repairs. Leasing and maintenance teams are attentive but clearly understaffed, leading to longer turnaround times for requests. The units are also older, and trash can pile up when residents don't use receptacles. Despite these minor setbacks, the positives still outweigh... them—overall a comfortable and welcoming community.
