Looking at the Car

Hello,
I love that this complex is all ground level. It is a senior complex, 55 and over. I open my front door and their is my car! I have been here since 2003. Moved here as my dad's care giver. Unfortunately he went home to be with the Lord 1 yr. after we moved in, but I stayed.
There is a very nice clubhouse with a laundry room and library. My biggest draw back is not having washer/dryer in my own space. I don't like going out in the snow and cold to do laundry. I am blessed though they allow... HUD housing here.
If I move out of here, my new home must have the wash/dryer feature inside!
They are very prompt making any repairs that I might need. We are ok to have pets, but the there is extra fee for them.
My place is in the back which I like. Nice trees for privacy.
All in all, good place for seniors.
