How Is This Rating Determined?

Management Is Poor

These units are outdated and over-priced and sadly are fronted by underwhelming property managers, Red Door. Some tenants have been here for many years, and those tenants rule the roost so to speak; pushing out each new and 'unfavorable' tenant with complaints to management and even local police. This complex claims to be smoke-free, however, many of the units smell smoky upon entering. It was later discovered that many were 'grandfathered in' and are still allowed to smoke in their apartments... and that there is nothing to really be done about them. These units also claim to be pet friendly, but most people who have animals have to move out due to the overwhelming complaints by other tenants. Red Door is slow to materialize work orders and lacks a structure of a real property management company. Try someone local in the community before you go here.
