Location is great

The bus stop is right outside. I lived next to really nice people and free parking. Close to University’s and shopping.

Great place

Super responsive with work orders. The maintenance guy is always accommodating. I had issues with my no heat and he was here in less than 30 minutes. I believe his name is Sterling. I really like the new staff and management at this property.

unprofessional

I applied for these apartments in the summer late July and got approved. Ever since then I haven’t heard anything back from management there has been available apartments being posted for what I applied for and still haven’t heard anything. I emailed her and asked for a refund for my application fee in late September. haven’t heard anything don’t apply here unless you wanna b ripped off.
