Avoid Bigos Management at all cost
Strongly recommend you find another company to deal with. Bigos might be one of the worst management companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am a part owner in a management company, a rental maintenance company, and I own rental properties, so I deal with people in the rental world everyday, and the issues I had here are 100% from the Bigos and their greed/incompetence.
-To start things off, we had to switch to a month to month contract (from a 6 month not full year), and... they charged us $440 more for that extra month, and wouldn't work with us when we discovered our house was -going to be done 6 days into the month.
-Next our lease was through the end of the month (31st at noon), but for some reason Bigos thought it okay to break into our apartment, without notice, to have the cleaners come through our property on the 26th, where they decided to throw away anything we had left.
-Finally, after dealing with them over all this, they then bill me for $170 utility bill for our final month (October) which was $65 more then the previous month, yet some how we only lived there for 6 total days. No heat on, no AC running, and no only living there so no lights or TVs or anything on, yet somehow the bill was more the the month we did live there???? This was also without sending me or putting my final bill in my account to view.
This is an absolutely terrible management company and you will absolutely regret living here, I know we did.
P.S. Property managers and staff on site were amazing, sadly its Bigos that is the issue
