Best Apartment I Have Ever Rented
I have lived in many places in several states in my 40 plus years and Mississippi Terrace Apartments in Brainerd,Minnesota is by far the nicest. The manager Debra and her aide Anne are the most professional apartment management duo I have ever met. Also, Charlie our maintenance man is the most capable and reliable maintenance person I have ever met. Charlie is responsible for the maintenance of 150 units and never have I seen him without a smile and a cheerful greeting for anyone he... encounters. I believe he knows all or most of the residents by first name as well. The property borders the Mississippi River and across the river is the high school which hosts the annual 4th of July fireworks show which is convenient for those residents that are unable to travel to other locations for a fireworks show. Schools and stores are all a maximum of a ten mile distance from Mississippi Terrace Apartments. There are 1,2,and 3 bedroom units with various floor plans for each. The only negative about these apartments is the extremely long waiting list to get an apartment here.
