Parkwood Pointe continues to impress me. I have lived here for a year and recently signed for another year. The staff are nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have had a couple instances within the past few months interacting with office and maintenance staff and they have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend making Parkwood Pointe your home.

Parkwood Pointe Apartments

I moved into the Parkwood Pointe Apt's over 3 years ago after I found it on Apartments.com & I was very happy to find this small treasure in my neighborhood close to work. It is very secure and has a fantastic management team who are always so helpful and friendly. It is always clean and management is always quick to clean up or fix anything that goes wrong in our apartments. It has a wonderful sense of community any many of the neighbors become friends. Appliances are modern Stainless Steel,... heat is paid and garages are individual stalls. The bathrooms are larger than most apartments which I love. Thank you for leading me to my home.

Parkwood Pointe Apartments Burnsville MN 55337

I've been living here over 5 months. I am very happy with how friendly and responsible the staff are and how clean, beautiful, and spacious the complex is. I live on 2nd floor and am exceedingly pleased with my apt. floor plan. Anytime I have a question or need, saff respond asap. Hearing neighbors has not been a problem at all. The work out room is a huge asset for me. I do not have any complaints or disappointments about my living experience here. Lots of amenities. No underground parking and... garages cost extra but I knew that upfront. Everything else has made it worth the trade-off for me so far, of course winter is just starting.
