So far so good. Very clean and efficient and the neighbors are all very nice! The people in the office have been very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Moving in to Lake Susan Apartments was a breeze! I've never moved into a place that was so well-cared for - and so incredibly clean! From new carpets and floors to a caring staff, Lake Susan has it all!

Great Location.
Pool is nice - needs larger pool rules .
Trash shoot smells a lot .
Maintenance is usually timely .
Needs way more social events .

Lake Susan Apartments are in a perfect location. Close to everything you could need or want. Grocery stores and Target and restaurants are easy to get to.
The bike/walking paths are readily accessible. Parks for kids are within walking distance...
Very enjoyable community.
