Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1020 as well as the electric utility. NOT A Quality Run Property

I moved here a few years ago, under the umbrella of this being a fixed-income 62+ senior non-smoking building. And while there are many wonderful residents living here, as well as the pure beauty of the building. There are also many who live in this "community" who completely take the quality of life here down to 0. Consequently, I'm constantly dealing with "24-hour partiers" who are not only loud but also controlling. I sometimes don't sleep for 30+ hours as one of my neighbors is one of those... people. And I'm in my late 60's. So yeah, I'm on his schedule. The hallways are beautiful but are never cleaned, the elevators aren't either. There is no onsite security, and there are many older, vulnerable people here most of whom are afraid to ever say anything re the antics of those few who completely ruin any liveable quality of life. Live and learn to say the least. ANd yes, I am looking for a nicer, calmer fixed income true 62+ non-smoking building to live in. aka A property with more investigative vetting on the front end. I'm Soooo disappointed. Lots of potential here, but sadly it IS NOT utilized.
