There are better for cheaper
The updated apartments look wonderful and the spaces are very nice for updated apartments, but that's about all this complex has for it. We were moved into the apartment before everything was completed, so items like shower doors and some cabinet bottoms were not installed until weeks later. The shower clogged and flooded with sewage/waste water within 24 hours of the shower glass installation as the pipes are connected without any type of stopper between the waste water lines. The parking... situation is getting worse as there are not enough spaces. Cars from the new building park along the access road and there have been multiple semi tractor trailers parked along the same road since we moved in over a year ago, while other cars sit for months before being towed away. We were charged a dog rent fee while no amenities were around for those with dogs. Most buildings do not have dog waste stations and no bags are provided with the fee, so you must supply your own and hope others do the same. The new dog run is too small and, again, dog waste is not being cleaned up on a regular basis. The buildings are not secure enough as my bike was stolen and I was yelled at by an individual trying to gain access to our building stating that they forgot their FOB for entry. A luxor package delivery system was installed to cut down on package theft but our badges don't allow us to gain access to the leasing office so we must retrieve our packages during business hours. The system has been down multiple times and a package was not placed properly and could not be accessed for 3 weeks until set properly. I've also had other residents packages sent to me for retrieval by mistake. Gas is charged as a building and not per unit so if you try to conserve in the winter you'd be better suited elsewhere as our bill more than quadruples in the winter. They also have month-to-month black out dates, so if month-to-month is a possibility after a lease ends then you need to confirm the black out dates as they are from November through February. The staff are not fully knowledgeable on the lease information which has caused this issue. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond and fix any issues that come up which is very nice, but we have had an issue where they didn't follow the suggested time to follow up on the issue and woke up my wife during the day while she was working nights. So people who work night shift might need to watch out. All in all, there are better for cheaper.
