Nice apartments but I was ripped off by these guys.
The apartments are nice and maintenance quick. there are issues with (a) aircon noise, (b) storage space availability, (c) cleanliness in garages, (d) effective communication between residents and management.
HOWEVER, I was promised a month of free rent when I moved in and they NEVER honored this. Instead of giving me the month of free rent, they simply didn't charge me a refundable deposit. As refundable deposits are at least partially REFUNDABLE, this is a renege on what they promised. ... It short changes me something in the realm of $1,000-$1,500.
I spent two months and over 20 emails and calls trying to resolve this issue. The staff refused to address the issue. Beware!
