Unsafe, Unpleasant, and Unprofessional!
I can't stress enough how unappealing the entire place is. The building has a persistent, unpleasant odor, and the hallways look like something out of a horror movie, definitely not what you'd expect from the photoshopped images they use to market the place.
The management is rude and condescending, adding to the overall frustration. Amenities are constantly breaking down, and the treacherous hill outside is rarely salted or shoveled in winter, making it a hazard. Save yourself the trouble and... look elsewhere!

Go somewhere else
Parking lot is falling apart if I could take a picture of it I would. maintenance is a joke and no one really cares about anything. Doors to enter the build broken. No parking at times. Landlord dont stand up and really say anything to people who smoke weed in the complex just to call the cops. No spot for outgoing mail.

No parking
This is the third time this week I've come home after an extremely long day of work (7 a.m. to midnight) and there is nowhere to park. That wouldn't be so bad if there was street parking or another lot nearby. But there isn't. I have to park at the mall complex on the other side of the street, and then walk to the apartment building-which means walking down a giant, steep hill-imagine doing that in the middle of winter with snow and ice coming down. If the lot was just crowded, I would still be... frustrated but understand more. But this is purely a management problem! Management, if you're listening, here are three easy solutions:
1. Repaint the lines like you've been promising for a year now. There's no reason the spaces have to be so wide, and you could easily accommodate 2-3 more cars just by repainting.
2. 1 car per bedrooms in apartment. If someone wants to have more than one car for a one bedroom, have them purchase a garage space.
3. Raffle off extra garage spaces every month. The last I heard the complex had some empty garage spaces. With tenants not having places to park, this is ridiculous! Any garage space that isn't claimed, raffle off every month to one of the tenants that parks in the surface lot. This would reduce the burden on the lot and someone might end up enjoying the garage so much they decide to rent the spot when their month is done.
I doubt any of these suggestions will be taken into consideration, though, because I'm guessing they are as responsive to concerns on here as they are to service requests for their actual apartments. As soon as my lease is up, I'm gone!

Heck no
This place is a joke looked at it and it says it has storage and that's a lie. Wasn't room at all to park. Clean yes. One of the tenants said they have problems staying on top of effing maintenance. If I could put a giant middle finger instead of a star I would. Plus feel like the caretaker was the only truthful one about space, storage, and if I can get a few things taken care of before move in when looking at it.

Needs better handling
They let the other rents have their volume up past late hours. Also have no room for parking sometime with some people having about 3 to 4 Cars with the garage used up and then taking up space. A long with extremely messy people that can't find a trash with leaving garbage where ever to having the caretakers clean up everything. Maintenance don't take care of stuff unless you Hound them and get on them daily to get it done.
