Maintenance response I logged a Maintenance request early morning and the maintenance crew here at The Loden fixed both by noon! They were actually off due to the holiday, but took time out to fix these items! The Maintenance guys here at the Loden always react quickly and professionally. They are always very nice to work with! Thank you!!!

Super fast Super fast turn around on maintenance requests. Always professional and friendly. They fixed our washer gasket right away! Next business day service.
