Great place to live

I’ve been here for over 3 years now and have been relatively satisfied! Great area and close to pretty much everything. The units are clean and remodeled to give nice modern look! The only issue I have is that you’re not supposed to have pets. Yet, I’d say roughly 50% of the other renters have pets. Definitely would love to have an pet of some sort and wish management would consider making it pet friendly! The amount of prospective renters would probably increase quite a bit!

Advice to...
management: become a pet friendly complex! You can charge a pet deposit and do monthly pet rent!

A great find

If you read a negative review about Greenway village apartments (like I did last year when I was searching) it is 100% only because of the old property manager. She never got back to people, was not on top of her job AT all, and was always chatting with a staff member in her office. About 2ish months ago she was replaced. The new property manager is wonderful, helpful, and want to make sure residence feel cared for This apartment has been everything I wanted and more. It has about a year now... since I moved in and it’s been great. When searching for an apartment a concern for me was having thick walls where I can’t hear my neighbors, as this has been a problem in my past apartments. I have never heard a neighbor and majority of the time not even hear my roommate when our doors are closed. It’s amazing. Additionally if you need maintenance, you just submit it on the online portal and someone will come the next day. I know some apartments charge to fix things, but I have never been charged. My boyfriend pays $150 a month to pay for parking at his apartment and it is FREE here. Water and gas are also included in rent, which is on the lower end for other apartments around the cities. Love being so close to the city (12 minutes to downtown) while still having woods, a yard, and trails in the back. Wonderful. Won’t be moving anytime soon.

Wonderful, I love it here

The management here has been recently replaced and the new management is great! The management has demonstrated excellent communication for its residents. The apartments are cozy, modern, and generally quiet. There is no covered parking. The location is exceptionally convenient, the stairwells are always kept clean, the fitness center is clean and has the basic equipment. The maintenance is helpful and punctual, they replace your air filters every few months. There is one main building, which is... older, and several detached newer buildings on the property. The older building has elevators, but the new buildings do not. The appliances are all high-end and the wooden paneling on the buildings has been recently restained, they look nice. The apartments are warm and I love the large windows in the newer buildings! The complex is also right next to a bus stop, very convenient for students to commute to the University, which is also nearby. Overall, wonderful place to live.
