Not bad!
I no longer live here, but the management here was phenomenal. They made you feel so welcomed and at home. During holidays, they provide treats or a small gift to each home and it's really amazing that they would even go out of their way to do that. The tenants here are super friendly too and nothing terrible has ever happened during my five years of living there. It's also a great place for people who have kids. The kids there are always seen together playing basketball or just walking around... in the small park provided in the middle of all the apartments. The maintenance guy was also great! If we had a problem, he'd be there the next day to fix the problem. The only few problems I have/had was there was only one assigned parking in the underground garage, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Parking lot outside wasn't bad at all and there was always a place to park, minus the fact that we would have to move our cars to the street during winter since they had to plow the snow. They will tow you if you do not move within a certain time frame, but they always warn you with enough time to figure things out. The geese there were loud during mornings. They were my alarm clock, but I honestly got used to it. The walls are also a bit thin. I could sit in my room and here the tenants next to us arguing, but I got over it. And the last thing I hated was how late they turned the heaters on. I always got sick because of the sudden change in temperature. I slept in the cold waiting for the heater to turn on and when it did, it was too hot to the point where I couldn't even touch the vent. Overall, the place is not bad. I would live there again, but it's just too far from where my workplace is.
