The office lady is rude and isn't willing to work with you. They lost my rent check and I still had to pay all the extra fees, and get a mark on my rental history. The maintenance guys either complain about having to come fix something, take forever to even do it. And/or Jerry rig all of it. Inside of the Apt. isn't worth the money. Raise rent every year. Your paying for location. But the neighbors mind their own business. That's a perk.
