Our little neighborhood at 641 Fillmore is fantastic. It is a cozy, tucked-in neighborhood with dead end streets, so it is nice and quiet with little to no thru traffic.
Your unit is just a half block from the big, beautiful 8-acre Beltrami Park,... and just four blocks from the even larger Northeast Park! Beltrami has walking trails, a wading pool, and sport facilities including basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, an bocci ball. It also has open green space, and a playground.
Outside of being right next to beautiful parks, you are also just blocks from
- Three coffee shops - Spyhouse Coffee, Dogwood Coffee, and Five Watt Coffee.
- Seven breweries - Bauhaus Brew Labs Brewery, Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Sociable Cider Works, Indeed Brewing Company, 612 Brew, Headflyer Brewing, and Minneapolis Cider Works.
- Six Gyms - Anytime Fitness, and Snap Fitness, Titanium Performance, Sweat with Jess, North Strong Nordeast, and Los Campeones Northeast.
