Great place to live

I have lived at Southsider for 2 years and it has been a great place. The maintenance crew was always quick and responsive and management has great communication. Good price too.

The Maintenance is great

The building is always clean and sanitized. The maintenance team is great. Modesto is very friendly and always takes care of any request we have had quickly and thoroughly.

Great new building

I took a tour with a charming and helpful manager named Willie. He provided me with great information on the apartment and local restaurants in the area. It was a beautiful building with updated appliances and a great view from the community clubhouse. I can't wait to join this fantastic apartment! I put my appreciation in today!

My opinion of southsider apts

The people at southsider apts are great. The application process was made very easy and if there is an issue they can help with they do. We love our apt. I have only been here a week but I would recommend that anyone looking should try it.
