Horrible management
While living here I experienced the most negligent management I’ve ever seen. Vital doors didn’t work (stairs, garage, study rooms), elevators constantly broke and they didn’t notice, cleaning and basic upkeep wasn’t done, they charged my roommate an extra month of rent, and the apartment was in bad condition when I moved in.

Not for you if you want your packages delivered...
Hands down the WORST set up for receiving packages! Delivery confirmation will indicate packages were delivered on a certain date but when you try to pick it up you are told they don't have your package. Days will go by, and if you are lucky, after checking numerous times you may actually receive the package. This includes Amazon, care packages from home, and other big box distributors. For a complex that advertises providing high-end living, what they need to provide is a way to pick up your... package without having to be concerned you will actually receive it. Other apartment complexes in the vicinity have a much more reliable, dependable systems. Really... if other options are available, keep looking.

Thank you for this open and honest feedback. Since September, we have implemented a packager scanner system to notify packages being delivered. We strive to have open communication with all, to build the best resident experience moving forward.

Very bad office staff
The office is:
Unfriendly:
Found a note in my mail box literally saying "NO NAME NO MAIL". I wondered what the heck does that mean. Later I found that it was the name tag that I threw away a few days ago. But it has the name of the previous resident on it. Would you do the same if you find other people's name is found on your mail box? And can you please kindly remind me to replace with my name or do it for me? Is that the only way to let me know that? I feel that I'm not respected.
Not... knowledgeable:
After moving in, I asked the front desk where to throw the cardboard, and the answer I got is "not sure". Excuse me?! You are a staff here! And you don't know? No wonder the trash room is full of boxes.
Does not tend to reply emails:
I sent an email to the office with a simple question: Can you send me a registration code so I can pay rent online. No response, total silence.
Courtesy patrol:
They say they have it, never seen one even when the next door is partying and shouting 2 AM.
The only good thing here is that the hardware is not bad, but given what you pay for and the management, not worth it.

Horrible Management
The actual apartments are gorgeous, but living here is a complete pain. From trying to charge my apartment more than what we signed for, to waiting for over an hour at the front desk for a simple key change, the new management is some of the worst my roommates and I have seen. If they don't fix this, my roommates and I who have lived here for over a year will be changing to a new apartment next year, and we aren't the only ones.

Great Location, Great Appeal!
You will love living at The Bridges due to the location being walking distance to campus (U of MN), as well as right off of the 35W bridge.
You will also love the gorgeous views of Downtown from your window which is almost as attractive as your apartment unit, as well as the many attractive common areas such as the movie theater and sky lounge that has a balcony overlooking Downtown. This apartment was built in 2014 so everything is still very new. The furniture that comes with your unit is... modern and sleek. After seeing many apartments in Dinkytown the Bridges is definitely is the best!
The only downside to living here is that most tenants are students so weekends can be wild and loud, however depending on your personality this may be a benefit to you. Still it can make studying and falling asleep difficult but with the security guards here throughout the night on weekends they do usually act quickly if you complain about noise.
