Location to downtown Osseo is a real plus including the proximity to Maple Grove. From here, with the network of highways, it's almost 15 minutes to anywhere in the Metro area.

The property needs work on curb appeal! Embarrassing to walk down Central Avenue and see all the cigarette butts in the bushes and along the entrance to the building. That is the first thing the public sees. The weeds and landscaping this summer was disappointing, weeds a foot high along the building. The pet stations are usually filled to overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. The garage level elevator entryways should be vacuumed more often. Small fixes but big impact!
