The location is great, the walking trail is amazing, management is nice, and maintenance fixes requests in a timely manner. Only downside is how warm the apartment has been in the winter. Can solve it by opening windows but it’s a little annoying. Overall nice place to live!

We have lived here almost 6 months now and it has been a great apartment. Good location, safe, and maintenance is fast to respond. As long as they don’t raise our rate we will be staying here a long time.

The apartment community has some great amenities. Spacious apartments, plenty of layout options, and some are renovated if you want a more current look. There is unfortunately little insulation between above and below apartments, so you should expect to hear your upstairs neighbors - especially if they have heavy feet. You can also unfortunately hear TV noise through the floor/ceiling, as well as dogs barking at all times. In general, it is a decent apartment and the management and staff are... great, it's just noisy.
