It has only been a few months living at Verge but I have zero complaints! The location is phenomenal and the building is always clean. I’ve seen some new faces in the office, but those I’ve met, have always been courteous and efficient with any of my needs.
So far so good!

I love living here! Everyone is so nice and it's definitely a wonderful location! This is a very pet friendly building but it never smells like animals and you wouldn't even be able to tell that pets live here.. they have an Awesome pet of the month and it's always so fun to see all the animals on there. The amenities are pretty cool. The maintence is wonderful! Very friendly, super helpful and never had to wait longer than a full business day to get anything fixed. There's cleaning staff in the... building constantly, so it's always so clean. I've not had too many interactions with management but that's also a plus because it just means everything is going great. If you're looking for a place to live, look no further! The verge is a wonderful option for everyone :)

Amazing apartments, maintenance requests are fixed the same day we put in the request, walls a really soundproof! Every neighbor we have seen has been kind and welcoming!
