Heating is radiant (gas boiler), and cooling would be via window units, which are available to rent or you can use your own. Utilities are tenant’s responsibility, as is seasonal yard upkeep (grass, leaves, tenant-planted garden/annuals, etc). Our current tenants also take care of snow for credit towards rent during winter months. A mower and snow shovels are available.

While the property is pet-friendly, all pets are subject to an additional pet deposit. Damage to property by a pet is the responsibility of the tenant, which includes the hardwood trim. A completed application must include background checks and credit reports for all residents, proof of income (3x monthly rent), and references.
