Hillside Apartments

This apartment is well maintained, updated, clean, and very quiet. There are new appliances, bathroom fixtures, and the fireplace adds such a homey feel! The apartments are extremely spacious as well. I have been with this rental company for three years now and have been nothing but satisfied with Hillside and the manager, Leah. She goes above and beyond, always has a smile on her face, and is just so pleasant to deal with. I rented this apartment from pictures only and it didn’t disappoint. The square footage is generous and the price is right. Management is great to work with and maintenance was prompt and clean. The only reason I left is because I bought a house. I would recommend.

I have lived at Hillside Apartments in Sartell, MN for Approx. 1-1/2 years. I love it here the apartments are so homey. It is a very quite area with so many things within short walking distance. (Grocery store, Restaurant, Hardware store and more) Great walking/bike trail across the street. 1-1/2 blocks from the Mississippi. I have met a lot of great people! Management is awesome! I am hoping to be here for a long time. DB

We loved living here because the buildings are solid unlike other apartments. Each building houses 12 families which made it easy to know your neighbors. We felt extremely safe here. It is quiet and secure. We will miss it!!!!

Hillside apartments in Sartell Minnesota is a great place to live I've lived here for 21 years and love it here the staff that runs the complex is knowledgeable and very friendly and it's a very quiet place to live you're in a brick complex so it's really quiet and there's only 12 units per building so that makes it nice to get to know your neighbors so if you're looking for a place to call home this is it you're going to love it
