horrible management
I had a few roommates move in throughout my time here and I had them fill out the paperwork and all that, and you know, assumed that they were then put on the lease with me. because you know- legality stuff. but no. when i was ready to move out and one of my roommates wanted to stay they said that my roommate just wasn't on the lease. They also were impossible to get ahold of and incredibly rude and degrading and dishonoring in every conversation we had with them.

Poor Management
It took a few tries, but I eventually got a hold of a gentleman who said we could look at a unit the following day, just call a little before hand. Easy enough, once I was done with class (which was done early so I had more time) I called to give him the heads up I was on the way over. Got nothing. Waited a bit, called again. Eventually the man answered, I started explaining who I was and why I was calling, during which he hung up on me. Ok, things happen and I call back. Nothing. After a few... more calls (because he had answered that one time, he had to be there, right?) that all go to voicemail, he picks up and says to stop calling him, as he was busy and I was being rude. I explain that we had agreed to a showing and that I was told to call before hand (by this point it was about 20mins after the agreed show time, and I was there for about 15 minutes prior to that) and he said he understands, but he is busy and to leave a message. "I have a voicemail for a reason" is one thing he said.
If a property manager is going to treat a potential tenant like that, what does that say about them in the day to day operations? I was not notified about possibly doing a later showing, nor told that things had arisen and that the showing could not take place until after I had called multiple times.
