The Loden SV is a wonderful place to live. It is pet friendly, quiet and secure. The staff are kind, the building is clean and the community is friendly. Fabulous location- so many restaurants and things to do nearby. The amenities are an additional bonus- they are clean and well maintained.

Loden SV is a great place in a great location. It's close to so much on Lexington Ave (grocery, gas, eats, treats)... there are walking trails nearby and Shoreview Community Center & Library are a 5 min. drive. The staff at Loden is great and helpful when needed... they work hard to resolve any issues you may be having. There are monthly building events and it's such a safe/quiet place to live. I plan to stay for a while!

This is a great spot to be! Great location, nice building, and kind people. Underground parking is the way to go especially during the winter and a nice big gym to work out in. -Carson C
