The total cost of rent is base rent $985.00 plus $10/per person for garbage, a flat rate for water, sewer, gas $124.29, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. We require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).

Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per occupant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.
