Great!
Great Landlords- You can call on them and they were always there to help. Very friendly and they took extra time if we needed things. Overall, great place to live. New updates to the apartments are very nice. Love the new outdoor patio/grilling areas.

Worked out for me
Nice building and always kept clean. Apartment recently had some updates done so now the kitchen and bathroom have tile floors and new cabinets (that's a plus). However, the windows are either original or quite old, made of wood and has gaps that I put putty in to keep bugs out and try and keep heat in during the winter. I always get hot water in the shower which is great but it takes longer in the kitchen sink and the water pressure in the kitchen sink is pretty light. Overall I thought it... was a great value.
