Waite Park Crossing is a 76 unit apartment complex home to one, two, and three bedroom apartments in five floor plans across three secure buildings. Each apartment features a private patio or... deck, spacious bedrooms, a kitchen pantry, and dishwasher. The complex features on-site laundry in each of the three buildings as well as a recreation building with a heated indoor pool.

Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per tenant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.

We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.

The true cost of rent is base rent + $10/person for garbage + electricity (xcel energy), a $6.95 tech fee per account, and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 with us or company of your choosing)

Disgusting and stinks

The hallways stinks so bad, and when I asked the manager to clean it, they did not even clean it, there are so much cockroaches and it's so dirty in the hallways.

Roaches Roaches Everywhere

The management is trying their best but the current roach situation remains horrible. Spending easily 100/month in roach traps/chemicals/fogs. Hallways smell of the fog, so they are trying, but not sure how the building can operate safely.

Calling and refusing to show

I called the provided number and asked if I there’s a day I’d like to move in. Told the lady that I’m not gonna give an exact date as there’s several other apartment complexes competing with them. She immediately just tells me to go onto their website and look there. Rather go into the complex to smell the place and see how it’s maintained. Since I can’t. Imma assume they’re not the type to take care their tenets.

NIGHTMARE

The place is infested with cockroaches. The management does not care and does not respond to any issues. I have left countless voicemails and get no response.
