BEWARE

DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR UTILITIES. APPLIANCES IN UNIT ARE IN POOR CONDITION. AC UNITS ARE IN POOR CONDITION. NO SERVICE. NO RESPONSE WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS DONE. POOL NOT REPAIRED OR OPEN. SHOTTY BOOK WORK BY LEASE COMPANY. THEY LOST OUR LEASES AND DELETED LEASES WE SIGNED IN 2020. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

While we certainly understand your frustrations, we want to assure you that we do extensive research to make... sure we are providing our residents with fair rates and all of our rental prices are based on current area market values. As for any maintenance concerns, our goal is always to provide maintenance services in a timely manner. All resident requests are addressed in the order in which they are received with priority given to more urgent repairs. That said, if your request has been pending for longer than expected, you can always reach out to us directly to get more information about the status.

Nice staff, quiet area, good value!

More like a community than a complex, Cross Creek has been a great home for me and my family. The staff is extremely friendly and personal and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Free cable, internet, and lawncare a definite plus!

Nice staff, good value!

Really enjoying living here! Feels more like a community than a complex and the staff is super friendly. Free lawn care, internet, and cable is definitely a plus.
