Great place to live

Great place for a college student to live. The units are spacious and modern. The gym is nice and there is a lot of grassy areas for pets. The maintenance staff has also been great. They’re quick to respond to requests and have helped us with issues we’ve had.

Terrible Management

Seems great at first for the price, but it is so badly managed. There are only two maintenance guys for the whole complex, and with the cheap stuff they fill the apartments with they should really have a lot more. Management is non-existent and talking to somebody who can actually do something requires jumping through more hoops than that guy in Madagascar with the circus. The apartment is in awful condition, with the parking lot and amenities falling apart and your apartment seeming like it's... soon to follow.

It’s Good

It’s a good place to live. Sometimes hard to communicate with the management but otherwise good. Wifi is iffy also.

Typical College Apartment
