No longer a good living place
It is clearly posted that there is no smoking within 25 feet of doors. However, residents stand right outside the doors to smoke.
They smoke in front of the entrance to the building and you have to enter through the smoke to enter. When it is reported nothing is done. A lot of the pet owners are not able to properly take care of their pets. They do not pick up the poop like it is "required". The animals have very strong orders because the owner cannot keep them clean. They shed in the hallways,... stairwells etc. I have asked for the stairwell to be cleaned, or carpet replaced but was told there was no money for that. They have brought in a lot of residents that believe they are above following the rules. I have been confronted by some very aggressive and fowl mouthed residents. I no longer feel safe here.
