Very nice area and complex is well maintained. After 2 months we haven't met any neighbors, so very to themselves people. But all in all very nice communities.

Great community and location. The staff are helpful and kind. Putting in service requests and overall easy of use is great here. Only downside so far has been the lack of cleaning in the gym and bathrooms for the gym / pool.

Nice place to live! I have been here for two years and my neighbors are pleasant. The maintenance guys will fix the issues with your unit quickly enough if you bug them about it persistently.

Dead trees were removed after one fell on a car.
New street signs added which are very nice.
Still, the buildings are in desperate need of cleaning and overhangs are in need of repairs as well. Siding missing showing wood rot.

The community is great. The people here are awesome. I really like the quietness. The pool is very nice and I like the workout room they have for there people
