Our program covers legal liability for damage to the landlord's property, including damage to windows and doors, up to $100,000. It does not cover personal belongings or liability arising from bodily injury or property damage to third parties. If you require additional coverages, we recommend contacting an insurance agent or company of your choice to sign up for a Renter's Insurance (HO-4) Policy. Please note that you are under no obligation to participate in our resident liability insurance program.

Additionally, all PMI St. Louis Metro residents are enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $35/month.
