How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't live here

They only care about getting the rent payment. I had mold in my apartment for over 2 years that they didn't take care of, as well as leaks in the ceiling that let water in everytime it rained. Nothing is ever "in their budget" to fix as I was informed. Don't rent here.
