Horrible management, disgusting apartments

Absolutely horrible. Do not live here. I’ve had multiple issues and They’ve finally hit my last nerve. The dumpsters are a horrible disgusting mess with pests constantly roaming. We went without a stove for almost 2 months because they kept “forgetting”. My neighbor had a bullet go through her apartment directly below mine. Gunshots on a regular basis but no security and no cameras. But my final straw was when they lost my rent payment. I dropped off two money orders and they only posted one. I... checked with the money order company and it wasn’t cashed which means it’s probably lost in their cluttered disgusting dirty office. While I’m standing there the manager is telling the leasing agent not to put folders in her drawer because that’s how things get lost… maybe if you cleaned and organized, things wouldn’t get lost. I’ve been a property manager myself for years so I understand some of the constraints your under by your company by cleaning your office is in your control. I was also refused a corporate number or call from a regional and was told corporate doesn’t allow them to give out the number. DO NOT LIVE HERE! My lease is up 12/31 and I’ve already given notice. If there was a way to get out of the lease , I’d move out now. I’ve worked for some shady management companies myself but this one definitely takes the cake.

You should never

You should never want to stay here. Currently renters have leaking roofs, screens missing from windows or loose. They never paint, spray, clean carpets, or do any upgrades. If someone has been there for 8 or more years, their cabinets shouldn't be falling off, wood under the carpet loose. They do nothing to make their residents want to stay, people are moving in as fast as people are moving out. They raise the rent each year and use the excuse that due to up keep we have to raise your rent, but... what up keep. It's just not good to stay there unless you have no other options. The apartment manager is the worse human in life.
