Cool but Flawed Apartment with Terrible Management

The apartment looks cool for many reasons: clawfoot tub, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry. However, in 4.5 years of living here, I saw a dramatic decline in the property management, to the point where service tickets for insects do not get answered, and it took multiple calls and emails before they finally sent someone to look at the washer when it broke, after a full month of bothering them. I am currently trying to move out and the property manager is not returning my emails or providing any... info on how to conclude my business with them, even though my lease expires in 5 days and I have been told they will not be working at all during that time. Used to be a great company but I would seriously consider renting from someone else until they replace their "transitional property manager."

As for the unit itself, be warned that the entire building shares one water heater, so your hot water and pressure are entirely dependent on the other 5 units in the building. Also, the HVAC system failed on me repeatedly overnight during winter. Kitchen is extremely small and has no dishwasher.
