Management has been a great improvement especially in alert notifications re office hours, ground maintenance re winter weather alerts and meet-and-greet events.

Not a good place, management has changed several times, they get worse and worse. Snow removal/salt was God awful during the big snowfall. This is just not a good professional place to live.

I love living here , I’m comfortable and it’s quiet, the turn over of management is not great, not being able to pay rent online is difficult, but otherwise living here is great

Very convenient apartment. I have lived here since I think March 2024. When I moved into the apartment, I notified the office of a broken window. After going through four sets of managers or whatever they were, I still had that broken until November. I inquired about my lease on December 16th and was told I had to wait until the first of the year to get information on it. The prices of the apartments are rising, but quality is not getting better, which makes it difficult to want to stay.

As a resident of 5 years, I can honestly say this place has gone down hill in terms of quality. No one seems to follow clearly set rules in regards to their pets and makes it increasingly difficult to simply walk around outside without running into a dog off the leash or worse, stepping in dog poop on the SIDEWALK! It doesn't help that the management is aware of the issue and hasn't done anything to correct it!
