There’s a no smoking policy that is not enforced. The property requires you sign a mold waiver prior to moving in, as in you will not sue them over the mold they know is present. The neighbors cook and the smell of their food is pungent and always present, especially at night, when it wakes me up from a sound sleep, burning my nostrils. The toilets are over fifty years old. The furnace is also antiquated. It has broken several times in three years. Management is a revolving door and truly... doesn’t care. Two laundry machines, often non functional, are shared by 24 apartments.

I lived here the last 2 years and I felt so happy the amenities are great, the maintenance too! Most of the neighbors are friendly and I always felt safe! It was a very great choice

wall outlets are terrible, plug something in and it falls right out have to practically tape the plug to the wall so it wont fall out. carpet has screw and bubbles from old flooring due to poor rehab. management is unhelpful and uncaring of residents. poor sound insulation.can hear neighbors walking/talking/cooking. would highly recommend anywhere else but here!!
